Your booking deposit gurantees your booking time and date for the work agreed to be carried out to your vehicle. This will be minused off your total bill when the job is complete.
We reserve the right to be a maximum of 1 hour late, this is because there can be difficulty getting to your location or other road related incidents or because of a previous job. If we are over an hour late to your booking or have to cancel we will let you know in advance and the reason why. If we need to amend your booking due to lateness or unforseen circumstances we will hold the deposit for the change agreed or if its too much of an inconvinience we will return your deposit.
You are able to alter your booking ONCE per booking deposit as long as its before a 48 hour period of your booking. There will be no charge and your booking will be changed.
If you need to amend within a 48 hour period of your booking your deposit will be taken as we will need to find other work to cover the job time.
If you want to book again another deposit will be charged.
We will still try and help you the best we can depending on circumstances.
If we arrive to the agreed location & time and you are a no show a call out fee will be applied minus the deposit depending on location and time spent traveling (we will wait 30 mins for a response) if there is no response we will leave and call out will be charged.
If YOU (the customer) are supplying parts for your repair and they are incorrect we reserve the right to charge you the FULL AMOUNT that the labour was agreed on. This is because the job time has been assigned to you and because of you getting the incorrect parts, we cannot make that time back up and are at a loss & this is why we reserve the right to charge full price. If we can cover the job time you will be charged a call out fee based on your location and the time it took us to get to you.
If WE supply the parts and they are incorrect we will charge you nothing. Meaning there will be no call out fee charge or labour charge and you have the option for a refund of your deposit. If you want to change the date when we can come back with the correct parts and repair your vehicle. If we have some correct parts we will fit it and charge you accordingly on the parts & labour hours.
Payment should be prompt after your vehicle is fixed or when the job is done. We have multiple ways of payment to make sure our customers have a smooth transaction. We accept cash, bank transfer, all major debit & credit cards and Paypal pay in 3.
When repairing your vehicle, if it's a job that we cannot guarantee it will fix your vehicle please understand that we will explain this to you before starting any work so that there isn't any confusion in the end. If a repair is explained and the job carried out but still doesn't fix your vehicle even after telling you that this is not a guaranteed fix we will still expect full payment of the that was price was agreed on. (THIS IS WORST CASE SCENARIO IT VERY VERY RARELY HAPPENS).
